enrique is a human rights lawyer from Brazil, with a M.A. in Human Rights Policy and Practice from the University of Gothemburg, University of Tromso and Roehampton University. Currently representing the World Organisation Against Torture in Latin America, former civil society representative to the National Torture Prevention Committee. Led drug policy and right to protest initiatives at Conectas and assisted in advocacy and strategic litigation in all areas of the organization.
